Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe
I made this Cinnamon Roll Cake for dessert tonight and it was a big winner in my home. My hubby is crazy for it and just may finish it off before the night is over.
This is a great cake to serve at your next party, bring to a dinner or just make for dessert – it is EASY to make and will definitely become one to put into your recipe book to make over and over again. I also bet you have all the ingredients in your cabinets to make this right now too!!
Here is what you will need to make this Cinnamon Roll Cake:
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 5 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
For your Cake mix everything together except the butter in a large bowl. Then slowly stir in the melted butter and pour into a greased 9 x 13 dish.
Next mix together all the ingredients for the topping until well combined. Drop evenly over the cake mix and then with a knife swirl it into the cake without over mixing.
Bake that at 350 for approx. 28-32 minutes.
Mix up your glaze ingredients and drizzle that over the cake while it is still warm.
Serve it up warm or let it cool – either way it is AWESOME!!!
