Dill Pickle Dip
If your tired of the same ol’ party dip and have never tried this before I highly recommend mixing up a batch because it is delicious. My sister made this for us all to test a couple weeks ago and I was skeptical, even though I love pickles, to try it and it was soooo good. Everyone in the family loved it.
It is super easy to make and I am tellin’ ya your party guests will ask for the recipe so make sure to have a bunch of copies on hand to give out.
Here is what you will need to make this Dill Pickle Dip:
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 4-5 Medium Dill Pickles, finely chopped
In a bowl mix together your Sour Cream and Cream Cheese until smooth. You can use an electric mixer if that helps. Stir in the Minced Onion, Parsley and Pickles and mix well.
Stick in the fridge for at least a few hours or even better overnight. I found it so much better the next day.
