Sing-A-Ma-Jigs make a Fun Gift Idea

Have you seen Fisher Price’s New Sing-A-Ma-Jigs yet? As I have been looking around online I kept seeing these guys. The colors kept catching my eye so I finally clicked on them to see what they were all about. The first thing I thought was that their mouths looked like my daughter’s pony tail holders, but then I realized why their mouths looked like that.  It turns out these guys Sing (hence the name – Duh on my part). When their bellies are squeezed that little mouth opens to reveal cute little teeth and fun sounds.

These Colorful Plush Toys each have 3 Modes of Play – including chatter, singing their own Classic Song, or singing in harmony with their other Sing-a-ma-jig friends. They do this by squeezing their belly or hand. They even have their own language of Jibber and Jabber.

You can have just one, but when you have others they will all harmonize with each other and form a chorus. I think these are so cute and kids will love them – as far as parents loving them – well I think they can drive us a bit crazy, BUT if it makes the kids happy and SMILE (which I think they will) it is all worth it. These are said to be a HOT item for Christmas 2010.

When my daughter was young I had gotten her a doll that sang like these when squeezed and she loved it and would play with it all the time – so I am a fan.  I also really love the bright colors they have – they just draw you in.

Currently their are 4 Sing-A-Ma-Jigs n the market – Blue, Yellow, Red and Pink with other colors like Green and Purple to come later.
