If you are planning a Sleepover Party then one of the things you need to think about is feeding all your Party Guests Breakfast. So I have decided to compile some of my favorite Recipes and Ideas right here to give you some Inspiration.

If you are like me then you want something quick and easy. You have to keep in mind when you are having a Sleepover the amount of sleep you will have gotten the night before and it will not be much at all. So what can you put together for the kids with one eye open that can still be creative and healthy? Well I am going to show you.

My personal favorites are the ones that you can prepare the night before. So to start I am going to share with you a  Breakfast Casserole Recipe that is a favorite in my house.

What is great about this Breakfast Casserole is that you can prepare it the night before when you have some energy left in you. My family absolutely loves it and you can serve this with some other Breakfast choices in the morning in case some are not fond of eggs.

So here is What you will Need to create this Breakfast Casserole:

  • 1 Pkg of Jimmy Dean Bulk Sausage
  • 1 Pkg Orieda Hash Browns (Defrosted)
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack Mix)
  • 1 Dozen Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 13 x 9 x 2 Baking Ban

Spray your Baking Pan with Cooking Spray.

Cook up your Sausage and then remove with a slotted spoon and put into Baking Dish. Next cook up your Hash Browns until Golden using a little Butter to help it along, then add to Baking Dish and mix up with Sausage.

In a Mixing Bowl, whisk up your Eggs and then add in the Milk, Cheese and some Salt & Pepper. The pour this over your Sausage/Potato Mixture and mix together.

Cover with Plastic Wrap and stick in the Fridge till morning.

When ready bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes and Enjoy !!

Now let me share some other Easy Creative Sleepover Breakfast Ideas with you.
